Her background spans marketing, expansion, and network strategy, with consistent exposure to high-level executive environments that have shaped her leadership style and strategic thinking. Jan is known for her ability to bridge cross-departmental goals and deliver results that align with both organizational vision and market demands.

Outside of work, Jan enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, supporting youth sports, and creating meaningful moments with her family.

Gene Rinehart is a healthcare executive with over 30 years of experience in health insurance, provider relations, and hospital administration. As VP of Business Development at Provider Partnership, he leads network development, strategic growth, and partnership initiatives.

Previously, Gene spent 20 years at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem, Inc.) in various leadership roles focused on provider contracting and strategic planning. He also held key positions at HCA Healthcare, improving managed care contracting in the Atlanta market.

Gene holds a BS in Biology from the College of Charleston and an MHA from the Medical University of South Carolina. He’s known for building strong teams, cultivating partnerships, and delivering results across the healthcare landscape.
